Whilst it is a lovely, modern, station - quite state of the art - the planners neglected to think of people like me who cannot walk too far because the trudge from the mainline to the underground is such a long one and not even a bench on which to sit as I can only do long walks by stopping along the way. They could have easily installed a travelator or whatever it is called as they do in airports. There are lifts from one level to the other but it is a long walk to the lifts - food for thought!

It's a pleasant environment, but a total labyrinth. The trek to the Northern line is quite long. I think I might travel via Victoria in future. Not helped by two ticket machines rejecting my valid ticket. Staff pleasant, but they should not have to intervene.

While it is brand new, clean, and beautiful, it is an absolute nightmare. The ticket machines are very hard to find (coming from the Underground station) and they need 3 to times more machines to prevent queueing. Navigation is as terrible: When you're late for a train you'd never know where your platform is and you'd surely use the wrong gate, the wrong stairs, and end up in the wrong place.

If you ignore the fact the Southern Rail claim to run trains from here and see the building as it what is - a train station and lets be honest fantastic piece of structural engineering its a very nice place to pass through ;-) - Its a train station what more do you ned ?

Brilliant engineering achievement so far compared with old station but why are there no toilets on platforms or past barriers? Do architects not go to the toilet?? This really is a common sense issue of practical needs and is not funny when most trains do not have toilets either.
