  Truly awful. Tried to get more money out of us (£200 security deposit plus a cleaning fee which I refused to pay) despite this supposedly being included in the fee we already paid. Poorly organised - owner just walked up to us on the street without introducing himself and wanted to see booking confirmation. Entrance stairway was filthy with rubbish left behind front door making it difficult to get in. Stains on sheets. Creaking from floorboards upstairs kept us awake for most of the night, woke up shattered. No air con, very stuffy rooms. Anything but a "luxury" apartment.
