  AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! They try and tempt you in with false offers on their website. I called and booked to replace a simple pipe. Got quoted £80+VAT over the phone which I thought was reasonable. I explicitly asked the woman if there was any call out or service charge for coming out she stated no it's a fixed price repair - as I do not book any jobs where there are call out charges. Plumber turned up and had a 5 second look at the pipe and quoted £280+VAT! I asked him what that was for - he said for materials LOL!!! I said I won't pay this he called his office and got another quote of £190+VAT. I said I would not pay this as I was given a fixed quote of £80+VAT. So, plumber says regardless I still have to pay £80+VAT for the call out - which they explicitly told me that they do not do. I did NOT pay this call out charge as I felt they were trying to rip me off. They called me next day trying to threaten me that if I do not pay this they will pass me on to debt collectors. I said for what? What service did you provide me? They provide no service and just try and rip hard working people off. I'm so disappointed that I did not look at this firms reviews on google and trust pilot as all the reviews I have seen are negative and shocking! I will be taking this up with trading standards as surely a company should not be allowed to operate in this way. I managed to get a reputable plumber to come and fix the pipe for £45 and he did it in 20 minutes. Please do not use the firm, you will be in for a lot of headache, stress and threats if you do.

  Booked a fixed fee boiler repair appointment and nobody showed up just like some other reviewers said and I am glad after checking the reviews! Nobody called me to let me know that the appointment had been cancelled and the next day I received a voicemail saying they were 'running behind schedule' and tried to reach me several times which was all lies as I received no emails, voicemails or missed call from them. Liars and time wasters. Stay away from them!

  Please please do not use this company. They are fraudulent and untrustworthy. The plumber was rude, aggressive and unprofessional. He is also a professional liar, make you think the work is bigger than it actually is to make more money. He fixed one thing but broke another thing, which in turn has caused me more issues than it is worth. Please do not use this company.

  DON'T BELIEVE WHAT THEIR WEBSITE SAYS: Very disappointed with this company, we called to get a quote to fix blocked kitchen sink (website says they give fixed price & we were quoted £85.00) plumber arrived at 9:50 (though on checking sign in book he'd put 9:30) he then proceeded to say that we were aware that cost was £85 + VAT for every half hour - we advised we were quoted £85 for the job & he said that he would try & be as quick as possible. Whilst doing the job he broke a seal & advised he didn't have part or glue !! to fix it, would assume a plumber would have things like pipe seals in his van, so he had to go & get something to mend it, after several trips back and forth to his van & spending time on his phone he finally advised the sink was clear & presented us with an invoice for £255 + VAT which he wanted paid immediately. also their website states you get a 12 MONTH WRITTEN GUARANTEE, but a note was put on the invoice that no guarantee given because he couldn't trace the pipe ! When we queried the price due to the arrival time & fact he had left building to fix something he broke, all he said was that was time I signed in & that's how long it took. Needless to say we won't be using this Company again for any future plumbing requirements.
