For a lunch time meal on mothers day when I had pre booked we were crammed onto a vacant tiny table. When I advise the waitress we had booked and asked whether it was possible to move to a bigger table that has become vacant they advised me that table had been booked for a party of 4 and we were only a party of three therefore we could not move only seconds later a couple to walk in and be sat at that particular table slightly annoyed at this so challenged the waiter who decided to try and lie and say they have been placed there incorrectly.... the music was very loud and for my partially deaf mother we found ourselves shouting at her on what was already a very cosy table we noticed a table become vacant outside so we requested to be moved to that table which they then obliged! Overall the food was ok what is to be expected from an Italian, however the poor and lack of customer service really did not set our first experience off to a good start a let me a very disappointed customer.

Great (and huge oh my God!) pizza, friendly staff and lovely atmosphere.😊 The restaurant was really busy and it was quite warm, but the staff was really nice and helpful. It was our first time there, but will def return! Thank you!

The best pizza's from Germany are now available in Bristol! Excellent value, the biggest pizza you'll ever try to eat and friendly staff. Well worth a visit or two.. or three!

Dropped in for a late lunch, asked for a table for 1 at the door and was told to just take any table. I was then ignored by the staff for 30 minutes before I got up and left. If the restaurant had been busy I could accept a wait for food after ordering, but they were not busy and there’s no excuse to leave a customer waiting half an hour without even taking a drinks order.

We went there on a whim early in the evening. Large place, but not impersonal. It means that tables are well spaced and you have some distance from your neighbours. We both had the padre with sausage meat and leeks. The pasta was perfectly cooked and the sauce was tasty. We had the warm goats cheese salad with. Another bonus was that the red wine was served at the right temperature!. We will go again when the occasion arises.
