First time I went I purchased food from the shop and it was great. A lovely piece of quiche and a sausage roll , some scotch eggs and coleslaw. brilliant service from the young girl and young man. It all went sour a few weeks after when my slices became smaller and service started to get very unorganised which is a small pet hate. All ways found most of my favourite items were all ways sold out. I did purchase a turkey and some trimmings for Xmas And omg the turkey was Devine. UPDATE Ordered again for 2017 turkey and trimmings. Yuuuuumy. Appears to have been updated. New counter ECT. Looks great. Had a breakfast / fry up. £10 quid . But tasted scrummy. I haven't been as much since the service became sluggish but will return bit more.

Food is good but service terrible. Queued from 11 to 11.20 only to be told they stop serving breakfast at 11. 15 and didn’t serve lunch until 12. So the only choice was cake. Coffee boiling hot, so a waste of a journey what a shame!

Super place to shop. Relaxed and staff are wonderful. Restaurant there is stunning. Worth a visit just for the food!

Today was the second lunchtime session this week at Lowden GC and Restaurant. Great selection of cooked and other lunchtime food (+ cakes!) and very busy both times. Speaks volumes in my book. Have tickets for dinner and music at their Jazz night on 7th Dec. GC's excellent too. Super venue!

A traditional garden centre with restaurant and farm shop. The garden centre has plenty of plants and trees with a nice shop selling plenty of garden accessories and gifts. The restaurant is superb, plenty of seating in a nice relaxed atmosphere. The menu is superb with some really tasty and unusual fillings and the triple cooked chips... Well, they're only the best chips I've ever had! Service was friendly and fast and it wasn't too expensive! There is also a farm shop on site selling lots of local produce. Was really impressed with the quality of vegetables and produce on display. The so is fairly small but there is something to reboot every year buds and their are a nice amount of samples to tickle your taste buds! Recommended for lunch and a browse!
