  LSM Builders carried out some work for my mother, who says from the first point of contact via Jen, through to the completion of work by Liam and his team, she was very happy with the work carried out and the end result. She will be returning in the future and would recommend the team to others. Thank you.

  I would recommend LSM builders to anyone. Liam charges as per his quotes, turns up when he says he will, does a full shift, cleans up afterwards and most important of all his work is top quality. Don't bother with anyone else - contact LSM.

  Have used LSM Builders several times now and will definitely be using them again for a job this summer. Would highly recommend. Everything has always been done to a high standard, and the work area left clean and tidy at the end of the day. Finished on time and within budget. Friendly hardworking trustworthy team.

  I have just used LSM Builders to do some repair work on my roof. It was only a small job (replacing some slate tiles) but I was having great difficulty finding anyone to come out. I phoned LSM Builders on Friday evening and Liam came to view the job on Saturday morning. He did the work then and there charging a very reasonable £30 for his trouble. Liam is a very nice young man and will be the first person I call for any future building work I may require. Highly recommended!

  After living with a run down, untidy garden for too long we saved up some money and decided to renovate. I hired LSM Builders after speaking with a friend at work who had used them to build a single story extension on their home. We didn’t really know what we wanted to do, we were just relying on the experience of the builder to make suggestions. Liam was very professional and came with a variety of books and brochures showing all different materials and possibilities. After spending a good hour with us, Liam had measured the area and sketched up a spectacular design. We knew then and there that we wanted Liam for the project. Within a week we had received a detailed comprehensive quotation and to be honest, it was a little more than we had budgeted. After speaking with Liam again, we came to a compromise and they started the work three weeks later. The project was completed four days earlier than anticipated and to our amazement Liam had deducted these four days labour cost from the final bill. I cannot express how happy we are with the service and workmanship provided by LSM Builders, we do not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone.
