::Dreadful appalling experience...my girlfriend booked a 10 minute treatment in your relaxation and beauty salon...when she turned up was told that the appointment did not exist (despite my girlfriend relaying the conversation) and was told that she could not be treated... This is customer service at its worst and if you treat people in this way you do not deserve to be in business... Your staff are rude and unhelpful and you thoroughly deserve this scathing review.
