  Stayed here for 3 days with my sister and would definately visit again! A lot of places to sight-see in a walking distance and the breakfast is very nice.

  Staff service amazing. Everything over priced, very expensive. Good food nice drinks. Treatment is spa excellent, actual spa awful. One of the worst spas I've been to. Hotel very clean. Parking expensive.

  I've been staying at the Randolph hotel for the past year and have seen a progressive decline in service. Based on my most recent stay, 2 weeks ago, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I had to complain for 3 days before the lack of adequate heat was addressed in my room. The space heater which was in my room was not working. Despite complaining every morning, I would come back to my room late night to find it non-functional. After 4 days of complaining about the lack of hot water in my room, I just had to give up. I was just happy that they partially fixed the poor shower drainage after 3 days so that when I got out of the shower, I didn't have soapy or dirty feet. If this your ideal service, then by all means don't hesitate to stay, but it certainly is not mine. I was told that the hotel manager would contact me within the week after my departure --- I have not been contacted as of yet. This is how they've treated a regular.

  The hotel is looks really nice on the inside and outside. We were upgraded to a better room without asking which was nice. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The restaurant and bar in the hotel are both good as well. Check their website for all the different deals and packages that the hotel does for city breaks/spa weekends to get the best value for money.

  My husband and I stayed at the Randolph for our Silver Wedding Anniversary. The staff couldn't have been more helpful if they tried. My husband has Parkinson's Disease and the staff were marvellous. The food in the Acanthus Restaurant was fabulous. There was a step up into the bathroom in our room, but it wasn't a problem, as my husband and I were able to use the doorframe up and down it. There were lifts to all floors and staff were always there to help and advise when necessary. I didn't want to come home.
