  Having used many solicitors over the years, the experience with this firm was one of the best I have had. The solicitor we dealt with, was extremely knowledgeable, very thorough in his approach and reliable, always returning calls and emails promptly and very attentive to the client. Our property transaction had many potential complications lurking, but it all went through smoothly. It was handled with ease and the fees were reasonable too, I felt.

  Excellent service from the first viewing to getting handed over the keys to our rented property. Well recommended. Agents were very helpful and were just a phone call away when we needed them.

  Poor correspondence from rental agents. No following up on references or notifying you on your references not coming through so that you can chase people. No updates on the fact that the place you have applied for has now been let out to someone else. I have heard this as well from two different individuals also who have had the 'pleasure' of dealing with this company.
