  The man who owns the shop immediately started YELLING at me when I told him that his price for a colour printout was a bit high. Some respect for a difference of opinion (which I requested and reiterated) would've been a more reasonable approach for the owner to take, instead of shouting down a customer and accusing him of intending to damage his computer ( this accusation made when I inserted a USB key into the computer used for printouts. There was nothing aggressive about this, and such an accusation only served to embarrass me in front of other customers). I was a regular customer until now, but I won't be coming back. The owner of this business needs a holiday, mediation classes, or perhaps both.

  Great customer service- The best! Would always go here over the post office. Friendly helpful staff.

  Great service and friendly/helpful staff. Had my dissertation printed and bound here. Was done in a jiffy. Reasonable prices too. Would definitely recommend to others.

  Professional helpful staff. Secure mail delivery. The only difficulty is the parking. The last time I visited I had to park at Marks and Spencer and walk to.the shop.
