  I had a terrible experience at this salon!!! I had my nails done last week by the nail girl who sits upstairs. She was VERY rude, she wouldn't listen to what I wanted and she was too busy talking to her friend downstairs in a different language, she made me feel very uncomfortable and the nails were horrible quality. I was almost in tears coming out of there.Very shocked at the lack of customer service i received from the nail lady upstairs. stay clear from her!

  Managed to fit me in last minute, good value, good cut and friendly staff.

  Popped in randomly a few months ago to get my nails done and they fitted me in same day. Robyn is fab, prices reasonable and does a fantastic job. She doesn't rush them and they look great. I've never kept nails on for more than a week before but these stay on for weeks!! Lovely friendly people nd I won't go anywhere else now.

  Had my pedicure done here and i will never do it again. When i got home, the colour was everywhere on my toes, should have stayed more inside the salon not touch dry and go coz it wasn't proper dry once i ve got colour everywhere and i paid £25 which is for a standard quick pedicure, not in hot water, not clean properly... expensive but not for this poor standard..i think everything was done in a rush..anyway i will never do my pedicure here. Hand nails are fine, as i have done them here before but not the pedicure. Very dissapointed. Same standard i could do myself at home..

  Went into Malcolm's to have my eyebrows and hair done. I was greeted in a really friendly manner, and my appointment was seen to right on time! The lady who did my eyebrows was really precise and made no rush of it at all. The lady who did my hair was really approachable and sweet and made me feel very relaxed. She listened to what I had to say this was honestly, the best hair cut I've ever had - I think the lady's name was Ying but I can't quite remember. I couldn't recommend more! Although I have to point out that unfortunately they do not take any form of credit or debit card payment...it's not really much of an issue though as there is a cash point right round the corner...thank you :)
