::Travelled down from Hereford as this was our nearest store. We were looking at a particular range and also wanted advice on baby carrier to use with this in future if we have another baby. We were helped by a lovely lady called Farrah, who was very friendly and incredibly patient whilst showing us a variety of products and answered all of our many questions and gave my partner and I advice and recommendations on car seats for the future, she also gave us a full demonstration of the product we wanted which will be very helpful for when we use it ourselves. Whilst she checked stock on the item we wanted, another colleague who saw us alone asked if we were OK and if we needed any help, it is nice to have such attentiveness! We had a lovely shopping experience and left with a new pushchair for our son. It will be a pleasure to return to the store again!
