  They so rude and unprofessional ,really really bad service... I got terrible nails done after I went to this salon, they chipped next day .. never comeback and never recommend to anyone 😡😡

  Booked online, turned up at appointment time to be told I was only booked for 2 of the three treatments I had asked for. Showed the email confirmation and was told well that isn't what we have you booked for. Very unimpressive

  The staff were so rude! The manager did my nails and was so aggressive and swore constantly. I told her the nails were for a big event but she didn't care at all and was rude despite that. To give you an example, I asked for my nails to be cut straight across and when she did one, and asked what I thought I said 'actually maybe rounded is better' to which she said 'ugh, I'm going to f*****g kill you!' I actually couldn't believe it. I should have just left then but I really needed my nails done that day and I didn't want to have more of her aggression. From this experience, and from seeing the reviews, it seems the place runs on priding itself on how it can recover nails from places that use electric nail tools. I was told that my nails could only look a certain way because of the damage that had been done to them because of 'those Asian places' that use electric tools on your nails. I didn't bother to say that actually I know my nails are in good condition and I hadn't been to a place that used electric tools on my nails. Honestly, don't bother coming here. It will just stress you out and you'll regret giving them your money. The manager insulted other customers too, who were regular, so that just shows how much customers are valued. I was also asked not to leave a bad review, despite me not arguing as I just wanted to get out of there asap, which just shows they are aware of how they are treating customers.

  Awful, paid £50 for acrylics that lasted 2 days before lifting and 3/4 before falling off. Manager told me she had refunded me and it would be with me within a few days, then she blocked my number, and blocked me from Facebook (to prevent me leaving a review). Reported to trading standards but was told i'd have to open a court case, which as a student I can't financially afford to do. This all happened after she initially asked me to remove my review (in favour of her fixing the issue- a promise she didn't keep). Very unprofessional and I'm shocked that businesses get away with treating customers like that- lesson learned I suppose!
