  Booked this as a replacement to my original booking... amazing place just loved. Superb location right in the centre of Leeds and accessible to all the amenities and shops ...only problem is expensive parking ...even though the hotel gives 25% discount in the qpark ...superb security... however check in process can be improved.

  Great apartments. Very quiet street. Washing machine included in the room which was a pleasant surprise.

  I am very dissapointed. Last time I stayed at The Headrow and it was great. This time at Basinghall there is no one at reception , so there is no 24 hour concierge. On top of that they didn't tell me they only clean every four days and only staying for four days. Had I known that I wouldn't have booked here.

  Beautiful apartment with a luxurious feel, we were surprised to find it very quiet despite being in the city centre. We stayed for one week and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very clean and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend when staying in Leeds.

  These apartments are amazing. They provide fresh milk, tea, coffee, cold drinks. Staff are helpful. Beds are comfy. Only down fall is that you have to hang the towel at other side of the bathroom......thats hardly a complaint.. Honestly the best apartments i have ever stayed at.
