  Bought a used car in January, mirror cover turned out to be smashed when I looked at the car in the light the next day, but was told that was 'wear and tear'. Tried the air con for the first time during the heatwave in summer, it didn't work but when I took it in instead of an apology they wanted £600 to fix it...
