  I'm in here a lot and can spend anywhere between £300 to £1000 a month Pros: Staff are always really helpful Have some items that are hard to get in other shops Return's are usually straight forward Cons: Less and less stock available in store and sold as online only Prices are shooting up Quality is not as good as it used to be. Most of the staff know me now so leave me alone but it's really annoying having someone stood at the door as soon as you walk in to follow you around. This used to be a shop for the hobbyist to buy components to build projects. now more for Joe blogs to buy ready made stuff from China.

  Good selection of electrical products. Good range of electronic components too.

  Do not visit this store! I attempted to return a product and the manager Robert (is a arrogant jobs worth) I have spent over £2000 in this store within 2 years. Customer service was also useless. You would think a company this size would hire some intelligent staff.

  Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Had some problems with finding the right fan cables and now have exactly what I needed.
