  Everything was just perfect. Lovely room, really clean, got everything you need including hair dryer ;) Breakfast was delicious. And the greetings! Just perfect with map of Bath :) Definitely must stay!

  Good location, beautiful house and furnishings,room was lovely, beds comfortable, breakfast was delicious, staff were friendly and helpful.

  The place is quite mediocre but will get the job done. With that said, the manager, Judith, was hands down the most rude person I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with while traveling. I don't know if I just met her on an off day or maybe she had something else on her mind but she was horrendous to deal with and overall rude to me and my friend. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
