  Popped in for a bra fitting with my mother as I was unable to book an appointment online and she was in need of a new bra. It was quiet and a young lady asked if we had booked and we explained. She kept asking if we had booked and then told us the bra fitter will not be available until the next appointment which was in 5 minutes time. She said if the person who booked doesn't turn up then my mother could be fitted, so we should wait around. Whilst waiting we could tell that the young lady was the bra fitter and had no intention of doing the bra fitting. It is a shame as my mother had come prepared to purchase 3 bras and we ended up going to John Lewis who managed to fit us in with no fuss.

  Quite small marks & Spencer so not that much merchandice but still you are able to find all your standard kit with good quality and ok prices

  I wouldn’t buy from the store their food is bad and so are the staff

  Excellent. My Mum is 92 and in a wheelchair. She has Dementia (mainly forgetfulness). The store is wheelchair-friendly. The staff are always considerate and helpful. Superb location (near Buckingham Palace). Highly recommended. Well done.
