Signed up in January and so far I'm not impressed. (I don't use the pool by the way, just gym) Reception/Lobby - Messy and regularly unattended, which gives a feeling that anyone could walk in off the street. Front door sometimes propped open with various objects. Hallways are a drafty labyrinth, with confusing signage. In my opinion, the gym should make you feel relaxed, comfortable and welcome as you enter, not the opposite. Locker/changing rooms - If you can find them, there are wet and dry changing rooms, although the dry changing is located near the swimming pool which means it's always wet. Great. As others have mentioned, they are a bit small and edging past wet, naked people doesn't help the experience. Gym - The gym floor and classes area are about the only good thing going for this place. Good range of equipment and lighting if not slightly cramped at times. Could use more venting/AC around the treadmill areas too. Staff - Some staff seem switched off and unhelpful. I walked through a heated argument in the lobby, between female gym member and staff member. The lady was really angry at having not been told her class was cancelled. The staff member seemed confused and almost asleep in his response to her. Much to be improved here.

Fantastic pool - gorgeous, well-kept and retaining its period charm.

Nice building and good facilities. Went during the day so was faulty quiet.

Nice little sports centre in Piccadilly. Pool quite small, only 3 lanes and got quite busy in the morning before work. Dressing room quite nice and spacious and there is a spinner to dry swimsuits. Towel rental available for £2.

What a delight! A beautifully restored Art Deco pool in the middle of Soho. Cool. Delicious. Lovely staff. You can rent a towel for a couple of quid and buy a swimming costume from them - so no excuse not to take a dip. I had to take a diversion in here during and unseasonably warm end of May heatwave. (Top tip if you are a statuesque gentlemen like me, Jacamo in Oxford St about three minutes walk away sells generously proportioned swimming costumes - just saying...) Spinner in the changing room will dry your costume very nicely. Only downside is the changing area is a little bit too hot for my taste and a tiny bit cramped. And it's not that cheap to swim...not too expensive, but a couple of quid less would feel better...
