  We have had boiler problems in the past and recently our boiler broke down on the weekend so we had no heating and no hot water in January which is a bit of a pain. Was able to get Martin out the following Monday and diagnose the problem. He fixed the problem a couple of days later when he came back with the new working parts. Martin was very helpful and courteous, he definitely seems to know his stuff. He recommended to us a new boiler system which we will have Martin do down the line as our current boiler system is ancient and not very sufficient.

  Our boiler had been misbehaving for ages but finally became intolerable recently. Martin was able to offer us an appointment with very little delay, showed up when he said he would and diagnosed a problem promptly. He then went away and ordered the parts before coming back to fit them a couple of days later. On his return, the issue turned out to be a bit more complicated but Martin talked me through it, and offered to try and repair rather than replace the faulty heat exchanger. Having asked him to repair it, he did so and it seems to have done the trick. Getting a heating engineer out is never cheap but Martin seems to know his business a good deal better than plenty of other people who charge similar rates. He is courteous and makes sure you know what he's doing and why. I would certainly use him again
