  Over priced and outdated clothing shop. I'm amazed this chain hasn't closed down yet. Who's still buying things from here!? Only went here as a last resort. Has some nice homewares but again expensive. Sell a lot of tat here as well - Rubbish you don't need. Clean & relatively tidy. Second star awarded for letting my child use the staff toilets. Large car park but don't bother during school hours thanks to the hundreds of inconsiderate parents who's children attend the school next door.

  Wasn't there to shop but to collect a parcel I'd had delivered. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was a heavy package so they'd loaded it in a trolley for me to get to the car with. I'd do it again.

  It is a very good store, with a wide range of clothing and household products and accessories. Good value for money, I would recommend Matalan 100%. Great place to shop.

  Well stocked. Free parking. Always seems to be busy but there are always plenty of checkout staff. Doesn't seem to be many or any staff available on the shop floor, making it tricky to ask quick questions. I had to go to the information desk and queue, to ask a very menial question
