  Horrible and management did not care upstairs full of teens non customers. rude language. Kids ask me meening 7 different rude word's and when my kids wanted balloons they finish cos all those youngsters brake them all

  Order was as follows: 1 Cookie Crumble Latte 1 Hot Chocolate 1 Latte 1 Cheeseburger 2 Medium Fries Ordered at a Self service machine and collected my ticket. Went over to be served, the new guy then proceeds to make my three hot drinks, he leaves them on the side and prepares another tables order. 5 minutes elapses, he then dawdles over the the fryer and starts cooking a batch of fries. The cheeseburger has been cooked and packaged and is ready to be bagged up. This is left to suffer the same fate as my 'hot' drinks. The fries finish cooking, I watch the timer expire and then had to listen to the alarm sound to alert the staff member the fries were cooked. The fries are attended to 5 minutes later, he then assembles my order to go and walks across to the counter at the same pace as a zombie from Shaun of the Dead. Side note, Zombies show more signs of intelligence than the person I was served by. I receive my order around 15 minutes after I placed it, food and drinks were stone cold. Absolute shambles, the aforementioned staff member would be better suited to a role that requires zero human interaction and no real need to complete tasks with any urgency or to a particular specification.

  Very bad customer service. The girl with tattoos spilled the drink all over me, and left without even apologise! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

  The staff taking orders ain't very helpful in most cases. Especially to some of us who have children at the age of two..... If I cannot purchase the food via the Machine I do not get help to carry the food up the stairs. I will have to carry the food and carry the child at the same time. So it's hard. The two cleaning staff were very friendly and very helpful. They even gave my child a happy meal balloon and he was over the moon.. Where on my previous visits my child did not get anything but other children would be given....
