  The food is good however staff did nothing about people waiting in disabled bays for food. Those spaces are for less abled people to be able to park and get out of their car and into the restaurant with as much ease as is possible. Not for 6 different cars (in the 15 minutes I was waiting) to sit and wait for their food to be bought out and drive off.

  I was served by a mentally retarded idiot who got my order wrong 3 times. Not only that they had a huge bogey hanging out of their nose that put me off my food. I spent that long in the drive thru queue that I felt like charging them for the petrol I used. The one in Bulwell is not much better although the girl at the 2nd window with blue lipstick has got a nice arse...

  MC DONALD'S getting use to the self-service screens but still prefer speaking to someone to take an order. Its fast Food thats quick enough

  Based on a visit tonight. Warm tasty fries and a decent Big Mac. Was served by a helpful member of staff called Jodie. Order was ready in 4 minutes. Eat inside. Small and not many tables, but drive thru is more popular at this location. Outdoor tables if good weather. Overall great for a quick bite to eat and recharge.

  Well where do I start??? Placed my order in the usual way, paid at the first window as you do, was then asked to park in the car park. Waited for 10 minutes then my order arrived via 2 other cars!! It's 2 degrees Celsius outside. Before I left the car park I checked the fries and found they were moderately warm, what do you expect when they have done a lap of the car park? When I told the young lad who delivered the order he suggested that in the future I would be better off going to another McDonald's!!!! What an advert!! When I got home no sweet & sour dip!!! Had to warm up my food. Overall not a good experience, very disappointed.
