  Fantastic experience from top to bottom. Went to McPherson's on recommendations from friends and do not regret it one bit. Originally planned to just get my eyes tested, but their selection of glasses and wonderful sales staff won me over and decided to buy a pair. Everyone I dealt with, from the optician to receptionists to the sales staff were all incredibly professional and helpful. I'm very pleased with the glasses that I bought and feel happy to have supported a local business.

  I've been a customer here my whole life, but I raised a complaint today. I was dealt with so rudely today by a blonde, spiky-haired female staff member who seemed to be managing to shop floor that I'm considering going elsewhere. The quality of eye care has always been first rate in my experience, but as I found, the attitude towards even long-standing customers can be brutish and belittling. Strange way for a woman who spoke so strongly about their "duty of care" to act....
