  Fantastic little bakery and café! Best sourdough in town and really lovely sweet bakes too! It's got a lovely atmosphere and the staff are very friendly too.

  Loooooove this place. They really know how to make a real bread. Comming from Germany I certainly know how good sourdough bread should be like.. and all breads at the Medicine are top! In addition, what I really like about this little gem it is the service. These guys are super friendly, always smiling and chatty. Very, very nice :0) We need more of these little, individual businesses in Birmingham.

  I stumbled upon this place this evening and I am truly in love! The lovely man told me all about his bread and it was wonderful to hear someone talk so passionately about their product. I got a loaf of regular sour dough and it is delicious and vegan!! The cafe itself was gorgeous and I will definitely be returning soon!
