  Sarah who treats me with my Hydra-facials has done an amazing job since Day 1 - I am a very nervous/ fussy customer, however, my needs and requirements have always been listened and adhered to and on point. I am now on my 5th session and I am absolutely thrilled - I have been to other clinics, but not one which gives this much attention and consideration to my needs, as well as the professionalism which comes across from all staff at the clinic. Policies and procedures are followed through for my benefit and I totally understand what I am putting myself through, as Sarah has always explained fully and has excellent knowledge in her subject area, understanding ans treating me according to my needs, taking her time and listening to me. I would genuinely give MediZen a 6 out of 5 stars - and would recommend MediZen to ANYONE out there who needs even advice on advanced cosmetic treatments.

  I’ve been coming to Medizen for12 years for various treatment ball of which are equally compatible to Harley street treatments I have received in the past.

  absolutely would recommend this place only been going a few weeks now and the staff are lovely make you feel at ease cant fault this company I love going here and will continue to use these in the future and will be telling everyone about them to come here for treatments

  Do not go with Medizen for your laser hair removal if you work full time. Getting an appointment is rediculously hard, they open 1 Saturday a month only and 'late' (6.30pm) on a Wednesday. You have to book 2 months in advance so if you miss an appointment for whatever reason then it's 4 months until your next appointment. I was told this 4 month break will mean the hair might grow back and I will need to buy top up appointments. Not great when you've paid over £3000 for the course. After 4 treatments the hair has only slightly reduced and the full course is 6 treatments. The girls are friendly and know what they are doing but I have a different person each time due to staff leaving or no availability. It's jut an added stress, so if you work full time find somewhere with more accommodating opening hours.
