  Was treated to a stay here by my partner for my 30th and it was amazing. The best part for me was the food. The chef here is fantastic as were the floor managers in the restaurant. I was genuinely sad to leave here. The only critisism I'd have is that the jacuzzi wasn't really a jacuzzi and there is no where to sit around the pool. I enjoyed my spa treatments even though my partner arranged for me to have two one hour treatments yet I only had an hour and a half combined which was slightly frustrating. But otherwise, I'd love to revisit and Falmouth was a lovely place to explore.

  The service, bar and library area were excellent. A real 5 star experience. It rained while we were here but the spa facilities kept us entertained. The beds were comfortable but the rooms did not match the rest of the hotel, basic decor and uncomfortable chairs. The rooms near the gym and pool also feel quite damp. The lockers in the gym area need updating and the cleaning of rooms could have been a little better. Overall a really good experience and the negatives did not dampen the stay. I would probably return.

  Excellent hotel and restaurant. All rooms well decorated and clean. All facilities that could be needed present. Lovely pool and spa area, a cosy lounge, a library, a snug and a nice bright dining room. All staff we encountered were friendly and professional, and always went out of their way to ensure we were happy. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent, we had a few allergy issues but staff did all to ensure we were happy. In hindsight we sound have informed the kitchen before we arrived of any requirements to allow them chance to offer options. Would definatly return and recommend to all.

  Beautiful restaurant, very high standard of food and fantastic service from the front of house staff. However Hotel rooms really let this lovely hotel down. The photos on the website are quite misleading as shot from abstract angles making it look far nicer then it is. Beside the new beds the rest of the furniture (dressing table, arm chairs) was cheap and very out dated. Such a shame as the hotel itself is beautiful. If only they put the same effort into the rooms as the restaurant and drawing room this would be a really great hotel.

  Super comfy beds, room opposite the spacious swimming pool.Good gym and spa facilities. Excellent massage. Ridiculously tasty food. Can't fault it 😀
