  It's always a slow experience checking in and dealing with anything. Hotel is fine. Rooms are nice and comfortable.

  Got a cheap room and it was perfectly adequate for my needs. Shower. Bed. TV. Internet. Parking out front. Nice breakfast. I was right up on top floor and no lift but was not an issue for me. Didn't fancy eating there but restaurant, bar foods and room service all available, so just popped 2 mins down road to a Hungry Horse. Parking was available and also had a pool and spa. Neither of which I used. Think there is also a nice walk can go on in the surrounding area.

  Staff were very friendly and helpful. Standard double room was clean and comfortable. Bar and restaurant were pleasant areas. Breakfast basic but fine. Only there one night so leisure facilities not used.

  Me and my partner stayed here last night, I booked it as a valentine's gift. Staff were amazing on arrival but the beds were uncomfortable ( it was two pushed into one & not connected properly so kept on moving) The food weren't too overly priced but was over cooked, and over seasoned and they wanted payment before we ate the meal ... The facilities were great. The breakfast was good. But even though we had a do not disturb sign on our door a cleaner still knocked and thought someone had turned the sign around which had been there all night. On departing we explained to staff and all that was said was I will pass it on.
