  Just stayed there over weekend, staff were lovely, room although a little dated was spotlessly clean and comfortable, great location. Would stay again 😀

  Great location. Good food and drink. Public areas are Quant. Car parking is a little limited.

  In dire need of maintenance , toilet pan actually not fixed to floor. Breakfast staff very professional, all staff very pleasant , just seemed remote. Well situated for town, comfortable, clean, just needs attention.

  Lovely hotel staff were lovely and friendly. Food was good as well. Would recommend and definitely worth the money.

  Converted mill in the centre of Perth handy for the shops, bus station about 50m away, and the big parks down by the river. Looks interesting from the outside with sandstone walls, quaint windows and cobble stone courtyard at reception used for parking. The public areas looked OK, though in my opinion the hotel is showing it's age with trunking for cabling run throughout, single glazed windows (though they are draught proof and the heating in the room worked well-I was in room 8) and creaky floors. The inner doors at the entrance were either deliberately left open or broken, meaning all the hot air left the bar lounge and reception every time someone entered/exited, and the wheelchair lift was defective as well. The staff were pleasant and the self service breakfast was good (served till 11:00), with items regularly replenished. The 12:00 checkout was good for us too.
