  Had a lovely meal at the midland hotel, the staff were great the food was delicious. My Desert was lemon cheesecake with strawberries. But when it arrived I asked to have strawberries removed as I am allergic and bless them they brought out a whole new one with raspberries 😀 Out of 10 we would give 8 simply because access for wheelchair user is awkward doors heavy, not clear which way to go from front door. Also menu not very large. Only 4 choices. Overall though we would go back.

  Amazing decor & ambiance, very stylish. Pleasantly laid back & unobtrusive staff compared to some Bradford hotels. Slightly out of the town centre and entrance is a little difficult to spot after a night out, spot on otherwise. Will stay again!

  Beautiful hotel spacious rooms wide corridors amazing sweeping staircase. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.Bar area lovely and service excellent. Quality of breakfast not as good as it used to be. Food on cold side ( especially baked beans and toast ' rubbery ' ) Danish pastries dry unappetizing. Having said this I will still use the hotel because the general experience is so good.

  Attended for an afternoon business team meeting. Room was large enough for 6 of us round a table. We were in the Midland room. Didn't need flip charts or projectors so can't comment on this. Sandwiches were provided as arranged. Ok choice no vegans in the group so can't comment on that. Had to ask for a flask of hot water and decaf coffee for those who wanted it. Otherwise was a flask of coffee and tea already made up provide. Good service overall that meet our needs on the day.

  I stayed at the hotel for the New year's eve party I was disappointed with the customer service. The hotel had run out of one of the lagers which was not very professional and when I asked the barman for their reasons he said I will try this pump for you. I got a pint which had cleaning fluid in it fortunately I noticed or it might have been serious. Also we didn't get the coffee at the end of the meal not a big deal except the staff didn't seem to be bothered.I complained to reception in the morning and the girl said she was sorry and she would get the bar manager to ring me which he never did. We have been to the Midland for the last two years but I think I will be looking for somewhere else this year. The amount of money we paid for the night I expected better
