  Buena ubicación, desayuno incluido, abundante y de calidad, la habitación tiene todo lo necesario. Es un poco caro pero en general la calidad es buena.

  The hotel only advantage is its good location when all the rest is poor. Poor management, poor guest relation, small rooms, cheap shower curtains and above all doubtful management . The night manager Mr. Ahmed Abdlehaleim refused at our arrival to recognize the payment through booking.com arguing as it was an insecure payment but admits at the time that the hotel has cashed in our money but still we have to pay a second time, something we had to agree on following his promise to refund for the first payment . We needed a though discussion to get them execute the refund on the following day ! ......Guests ..better be careful ! It seems that the hotel management keeps on tries to increase its income by all means. I DO NOT recommend this hotel .

  Great location with excellent view of Sloane Street where the boutiques of many famous brands line the street.. Few minutes walk to Knightsbridge Underground Station which gives one excellent connection to the rest of London.. Not to mention Harrods is also just a few minutes walk away.. However, one may find the hotel rooms and its shower rooms too small.. Dated design which may appeal to some.. But overall I feel it's time the hotel rooms and its shower rooms get a make over.. Hence, convenient location vs a not too spacious room.. It's your call.. 😊

  Small ish double room but comfortable. They provided smartphones to be used (freely) by guests around the city. Good dinner and normal selection at breakfast (with a few Chinese options thrown in).
