  Always order the double cookie cakes from here for my families birthdays and they taste great, but there is a major problem every time I try to call the store in Victoria Centre Nottingham - they NEVER answer the phone!!! I have called at 9.20am in the morning - no answer. I've called previously at lunch time and late afternoons - no one ever answers so I can place an order for pick up during my lunch break, so I have to relay on a third party going into the Centre, to place the order and have to hang around for the hour to collect it. The 1 star is given for the poor customer service and having no way of contacting them at that particular store. Have no complaints about the taste - there beautiful.

  Poor customer service. Couldn’t be bothered to wait. Rip off prices for cookies which can’t be justified! Uneven pieces cut for cookie slices yet charging same for every piece!

  What can I say, Millie's Cookies are the best, my favorite is the cookie shakes, while they are a bit expensive you pay for what you get, i would recommend Millie's any day.

  Really nice, soft & tasty cookies, but quite expensive in small amounts. They really encourage you to buy more by doubling your order for only a few pounds more
