  I called twice in 10 minutes and both times my call was answered and staff were very helpful! Great cookies, make an ideal alternative to a birthday cake for a teenager!

  Great cookies cant fault them but no-one and I mean No-one answers the phone, Tesco for my daughters birthday cake this time I'm not going to town for a cake.

  True, no-one answers this number, one minute it is engaged and then rings out and no-one answers, no message leaving facility. Millie's Cookies must be losing so much potential business so if they go out of business we will know why!!!!!

  Love the cookies, fresh, soft, perfect. Range of other items also very good. Staff on the other hand seem like they are forced to work there and don't want to give customers the time of day. But the cookies makeup for the inattentive staff.
