  I bought a MINI One from MINI Park Lane in January 2018. The service we had from Lauren Parker was first class. She was polite, knowledgeable and exceptionally professional. Most importantly, I trusted her integrity. The MINI was 9 months old and she ensured that it was handed over to me in pristine condition. The accompanying paperwork was handled efficiently and the whole process was flawless with communication fantastic from start to finish. This is an excellent MINI showroom and I was treated as a guest on my two visits there. An added bonus, that I did not expect, was that the dealership paid my congestion charges. Well done MINI Park Lane but especially to Lauren. I hope to be back to buy another car in the next few years! Josephine Walmsley

  Honestly couldn’t have asked for a nicer experience buying a car! Dena made the process a dream - fun, knowledgeable, patient and understanding throughout. I would 100 percent recommend Dena for anyone considering buying a mini! The showroom is super cool with a brilliant team ensuring every comfort. Great tunes and the best hot chocolate to boot!

  I helped my wife to buy a nearly new Mini convertible from this dealership last weekend. We found the team genuinely interested in our needs and extremely helpful. Far from the easiest customers, we were very specific and asked very detailed questions. The answers were always found and their communication back to us has been excellent. We would both happily recommend them to others and buy from them again. We purchased our car through Chris Thompson, who was great and his colleague Lawrence was just as helpful when we asked to collect the car on a day when Chris was not at work. Overall a really positive experience and made to feel like valued customers.

  Dena provided an excellent professional and friendly service from the moment we stepped into the showroom. She helped us locate our perfect Mini and was on hand throughout the process to ensure everything ran smoothly. All the staff at Mini Park Lane were extremely friendly & efficient. It was also nice not to feel pressured into buying a car, they were also happy to let you just wander around the showroom. They certainly made us and our 2 dogs very welcome.
