  They are very busy but we get great service. Its NHS so we get it free. Don't think you can get better private.

  The worst place imaginable. Put it this way. My son has not eaten for now 6 days. Has vomiting and diarrhea throughout that time also. My son is 1 by the way. The doctor was extremely bloody rude and had I have encountered someone like that in the work lace they would probably have been punched quite frankly. The staff are totally useless and never keep promises also. We have been registered there now for 2 years and we are getting out as soon as we can. The service is a shambles and should be shut down.

  So DMC healthcare, you prescribe me a medication that I have had a negative reaction to...Nothing on my notes even though I told you in December. So no I not only have a UTI....I am also gasping like a fish out of water. Phoned you...no appointments available till? (Hell Freezes over) 111 was going to call me back an hour ago....😟 So now, I will go to bed with a raging infection and maybe not sleep tonight because of the pain....like last night. Well thanks for caring. If it gets too bad and I start peeing blood I will call ambulance...that's just soooo cost effective when I only need different prescription. I bet grandpa Gupta got better treatment than this. Feeling soooo ANGRY😡

  I've been with Minster medical centre for 15 years. I avoid going to the doctors at all costs as they are pretty useless there. They always try and fob you off bar one doctor who's never there. You can't pre book an appointment which makes it very difficult due to work commitments meaning I end up going to the DMC walk in doctors. I've just phoned them to ask if there is any possible way I can make an appointment as I am working 6:30 to 12:30 tomorrow and won't have access to my phone to try and bag an appointment the minute the phone lines open. The receptionist was rude and spoke over the top of me. Her people skills were appalling and she had zero customer service. I'm so angry. She could have waited for me to finish speaking and politely offered for me to see the nurse... Absolute joke. Not impressed and trying to Perdue making an official complaint however she didn't bother to give her name when she answered the phone. She should think about a career change as working with people obviously isnt for her.
