  In the past 14 days I have had 3 screen protectors put on my phone due to faults that arise when placing the phone in to a case. I returned today to ask for a refund but was point blank refused as their terms and conditions state they do not offer refunds, however legal advice from consumers direct states that no companies T&Cs can counteract consumer protection laws which state you are entitled to a refund for faulty or not fit for purpose products. The attitude of the staff was very poor at this time. I currently have an ongoing battle for my £35 refund. Would definitely not recommend!

  I got my phone protected on Matte finish a few days ago and I've been back to 4 times to get it redone as I had a few air pockets showing on the front and I wasn't happy with some of the alignments which was redone by Elliot who did a wonderful job and if I wasn't happy he would sort it. Excellent customer service from Elliot. Ask for Elliot guys

  I have had my phone protected with these guys and my partners phone have to say were really impressed with this product really original idea and the staff are really customer service orientated. 10 points from me!

  Absolute waste of money!!!!!!! Defiantly do not recommend at all. I went to Manchester to Trafford Centre to get this done. Within 1 week it came of so he offered a free replacements and said will do it when he opens in Leeds on 1 December 2017. Today I go there and did not see him so I rang him so he said now we open on 19th December 2017. Rubbish company and poor customer services. Don't use them.

  Great service and it does what it says on the tin. I have used these people for 4 years. Ow and the lifetime warranty is amazing.
