  Hi, I visited thid salon for the third time on Friday. All of the cuts I had received have been good and that is why I continued to book. However, I was originally cut by Harriet and then by another one of the hairdressers. There was nothing wrong with that second cut, it is just that Harriet really lifted it etc more. So when booking my third appointment I did book with Harriet, not to be rude but as the paying customer, who can choose. I did not say anything negative about my second cut, nor think it. I was so upset yesterday when I entered that rude jibes and comments were made by that second hairdresser and others in the salon, I was made to feel very uncomfortable - "this is yourrrrr cilent Harriet", "Harriet she's yours, nobody else obviously" and "No Harriet dont forget, she is yourrrrr client" or words to that effect. I felt truly awkward, and uncomfortable, and it happened throughout my visit, having one hairdresser is not unheard of, and my loyalty card with them actually has Harriet written on it? I have gone from recommending the salon to feeling I can't return. Harriet did her best to brush of these comments, but I have never been made to feel like this in a salon. I raised this with a message to the salon/management and never got a reply which I think speaks volumes.

  As a man who had long hair it occured to me i never really actually wore my long hair down, I found it neater and easier to have it tied up and out of my way for in and outside of work. I grew tired of always wearing it up and tied back but had no idea what I could do. My last hair cut was an age ago so i was a little lost where to go or what i wanted. I went to Moda and received a lovely welcome upon walking through the doors, the kind staff managed to sculpt what I had into something I couldn't be more happy with. I am truly happy with my hair now, I have the length not to feel I have lost my identity but I definetly feel smarter and better within myself .

  I've always had really good experiences at Moda and left with exactly what I ask for. They've recently rescued me from a hair colour that went wrong with a previous salon and were able to rectify it in half the time. The prices are reasonable, all of the staff are really skilled and super friendly and the building itself is stunning! Definitely recommended.

  Having been a customer of Moda over the past 10 years for coloring, cuts, blow drys and hair up on several occasions by the owner Tina I can highly recommend. Tina also keeps my daughters hair in check and is always extreamly patient making the experience fun for her. First to market for additional services such as Olaplex, conditioning treatments and best in market hair products. Recommended.
