::Replaced a thermostat for us under warranty then contacted us two years later with a court summons, expecting us to pay for it. Fortunately I had the original emails and they eventually dropped it, with a poor apology. Seriously bad accounting.

::BEWARE!!!! Contacted Mogford Prescott back in December because I needed a thermostatic valve replacing in the shower. The Plumber spent less than 10 minutes looking at the shower (I had already removed the taps at this point, so no tools were required on his behalf), establishing that it needed replacing (I had already informed Mogford Prescott of this during my initial telephone call). He then left the house, leaving behind his customer contact sheet for the day (containing addresses of all his customer for that day). Since then I have had no follow up call from Mogford Prescott, however, I have today (nearly 6 months later) received an invoice for £50.16 call out charge - outrageous. Will most definitely not be using again!

All of the team are professional with attention to detail and they are polite and friendly. They know their craft so I felt I could just let them get on with the task in hand. And to top that, they always tidy up at the end of each day so there is minimal disruption.
