  Located conveniently in the new 'Grand Central' (New Street station). Went to buy children's clothes for a wedding. Found a better collection of party/wedding children's clothes, as when compared to other high street shops. Friendly and efficient staff! Will definitely visit again!!

  I recently had the most pleasant shopping experience ever at Monsoon, Birmingham. Not only did I get the special occasion dress I was looking for, but all the accessories too. My thanks go to all the assistants but especially the one who made me feel she was my personal shopper! I'm ashamed to say I didn't ask her name and for that I apologise. All the staff I met were so helpful and friendly and made me feel so special. I don't like shopping for special outfits but this experience was extremely enjoyable (and successful) and I am delighted. Thank you all so much!
