::Very disappointed with the quality of service here today, considering the positive reviews. We walked in with the intention of discussing a purchase of a new bike for my partner and a service for my own... we left around 15 minutes later without having been spoken to or acknowledged once. When we arrived the member of staff was deep in conversation with the only other customers in the shop. No problem there. However, the customer was so full of himself and his incredible bike that he went on and on for an age (unnecessarily) to the staff member. Cringeworthy to listen to but still not really an issue, if only the staff member had taken a second to at least acknowledge our presence. (It's a small space and I was running out of things to look at.) The real deal-breaker was when the original customers finally left the shop, the member of staff then went straight to dealing with another customer who had only just walked in about 1 minute earlier. He was clearly known to the staff and the two virtually started talking over myself and my partner while we were standing at the counter waiting. Very awkward. Overall the place felt like a bit of an exclusive club. I have no doubt the folk know their stuff, but we were not made to feel welcome and I doubt if we will be back.

::Friendly service, no pressure and a genuine interest in helping us decide on our sons next bike.

::Friendly and helpful, nothing is ever too much trouble for them, they're passionate about bikes and it shows. It's obviously a specialist shop, but the guys who work there have no issue helping with even the smallest problems (they even sorted my 4 year olds bike for her). Some of their kit can be expensive, but that's to be expected given the nature of the shop and they will never recommend the top end stuff unless you really need it. Great little place for anything bike related.

::I was passing yesterday with my baby on my bike carrier when I noticed my rear tyre was nearly flat. Stopped in and asked for help - these guys sorted me out with a big friendly smile and had me back on the road within a few minutes. A proper local bike shop run by genuine people.

::Ran by great guys who love mountain biking. Can't do enough to help you, always straight forward, fair and friendly. Lots of cool stock also. This is one of only a small handful of bike shops in the whole country that I rate. You should definitely see them for any mountain bike related needs in the Inverness area.
