  Placed a simple order for a drip tip off of the website, after a fortnight it had never arrived so I sent an e-mail which was ignored, I then phoned them and the guy I spoke to couldn't have been less interested. I had paid by Paypal so I went through them to get my money back. Will not use again.

  To be honest I am a little bit disappointed after reading the reviews about this place. From the outside you can't see inside as the windows are covered over, and for me I always like to see what I'm walking into. The selection of liquids available was not great as I used to a much wider choice in my native Nottingham shops. Not a particularly helpful member of staff and the photos available online of the store don't give an accurate representation of the place. As I've said disappointed and could be a lot better.

  Nice place, indoor shisha, good flavours. Milkshakes could be a little thicker with more ice cream into maybe. Atmosphere is good and relaxed.

  Quick delivery and amazing service. I had an issue with the delivery which was solved Immediately so i would highly recommend.

  It and ok place. Just felt customer service was spent just waiting for folk to finish talking. Dont really have the facilities to allow to taste test juices.
