  Was at self service till when problem occurred and staff member was automatically called, was waiting for some time with several female staff within reach but was being ignored. A male checkout staff eventually left his till to lend me assistance and thankfully I was able to complete the purchase. Shame that a sexist regime seems to be taking hold of what should be trouble free experience.

  Nice place to shop only a little too 1980's. The car park is on the roof which is great for cars but rubbish for high roofed vans. Inside the shopping aisles are on the narrow side and i mean two medium sized trolleys side by side and the cards and stationary are located in front of the tills subsequently having to send someone else to get what you desire.But good shop to nip in and out of. However for bigger shopping trips, i recommend Morrisons by Mell Square in Solihull town centre

  Nice clean shop not a big store but has most things staff normally friendly and helpful

  Would give 5* if their car park wasn't so cold and dark looking. AS if someone's going to jump out at you. Store is good but think needs a massive overall to update the inside of it. Also if you like chicken Korma curries don't visit as of few months back. They have stopped selling them . So now I'm shopping at Tesco as what's point going 2 shops. Lol

  Good supermarket that has been in the shirley for many years. The parking is good and the area plenty of disabled bays. The shop is not that big but the staff here are very friendly and knowledge about the store. There is a very good selection of meat and it's got all your basics.
