  The stock is good and handy having Clarks here. Bought two car seats here and service was excellent. Where the shop is really let down is till service. Staff do their best but I've had so many issues (and seen other customers with the same) at the till where a manager has had to be called. This takes an age and they never seem to be very customer focussed (the managers that is) bordering on rude. Mothercare please give better training to till staff and allow till staff to process returns/process vouchers without needing a manager for everything. Or - always have a manager always by the till if authorisation is needed for basic transactions. Letting down a great store on basic things.

  Best for young children clothes. A bit pricy because some time quality is not good at all.newly refurbished. Play area for children but you need to pay. You can buy all the stuff you need for babies.good for new mother's they can buy everything in one place. Staff is not that friedly . Had dew experience.

  Customer service was quite unexpected of a mothercare store. Seemed understaffed and I had to wait like ages for my babies car seat queries to be answered.

  Clean and tidy store, plenty of choice. Helpful friendly staff.

  Nice and open. Friendly staff, nice cafe. Good choice of baby and children clothing. Also has a drop in centre for old clothes. Be mindful of the photography place in store. Not always good value for money.
