  The customer service provided by Ann deputy manager was nothing short of exceptional. With one week untill my baby is born Ann made my experience as stress free as possible encouraging me to sit as much as needed aswell as giving me a complimentary hot drink whilst she went about making a number of enquiries on my behalf. I wasn't rushed at all and spent in total 3.5hours in store due to a few issues with locating a pram I really wanted which was recently discontinued, Ann and her team (Sian & Kim) went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. Great welcoming staff,will definately be a returning regular customer as service like that is practically non existent these days especially in a busy store on a weekend.

  Busy when the sales are on, but it's bigger than some shops during sale season. Big spacious and light. The sales staff (or the ones we have dealt with) are friendly and take their time talking to you without being pushy.

  Good place to chill with coffee whilst little ones eat and enjoy a Peppa pig dvd or other

  Pretty good shop with good provision for kids to play in the tea room, on the scooters, in the café and there is a drawing/ TV area that will also entertain them whilst you shop or drink coffee in angelinas

  Well equipped store with helpful and informative staff. Nice sized store also has a maternity, cafe and child hairdressers in store
