  Very disappointing experience! The manager Tim was extremely rude and unhelpful and refused to refund lessons not taken. Booked by them with my details they had held for months! The argument was no valid insurance, very strange how they were happy to provide a bike for me to ride for 50 minutes earlier with no insurance! Negligence to the extreme! How can a firm run like this? And very strange how the DVSA said I was within my rights to take the test! Which Motoden also booked on my behalf, with my details, which again they had kept on file, for months. They wouldn't even provide a copy of their insurance for me! Just took the £300 they charge for not providing lessons! Liberty. Cant fault the instructors, previously they helped me pass level 1 first time. The management and organisation is a joke, no customer service, shocking considering I had spent over £900 with them already, and probably would have bought a bike and equipment from them too!

  The best motorbike school in London! Great place to learn how to ride motorbike! Both me and my husband trained and passed with these guys and had fantastic experience. Very professional, informative and friendly. Massive thank you to Simon and Jason for their patience and sharing useful tips. Everyone else at Scooterden was also really lovely.

  Trained With The Best!!! I have literally just passed my MOD 2 test today and felt it only right to share my experience with anyone wanting to get from CBT to full license with the best training school in London. From carrying out my CBT with "Fluffy" to then getting through my MOD 1 and MOD 2 with the Legend that is "Jason" I really enjoyed the process. The guys are firm but fair, there's a real want from them to get you through the programme at a very high level and this really serves you well when you get to test day! The other thing to call out is the moral support you get from the rest of the instructors in and around the training. They all genuinely want the students to do well regardless of whether they teaching you or not and this creates a really healthy learning enviroment. I could not of wished for a better school and now look forward to getting on something special!! DC

  Great place with excellent instructors - I did a lot of my DAS training with Simon and Jason who were both very constructive, patient and happy to answer questions. Really grateful to Ross for his help during my training - absolutely A+ customer service, friendly attitude and happy to go the extra mile. Ross gave me a lot of useful advice about getting my first bike, found a great second hand one at their Honda dealership down the road and managed to arrange a test drive with an instructor while I was still between tests.

  Completed my CBT with the guys (Sonny & Steve) had a laugh and learned a lot during my day course. Guys provided exceptional training in the safest possible atmosphere, would highly recommend them. Going to be completing my full bike licence with them going forward.
