  Lights on full blast when the store is shut during the day! They clearly do not care about the environment and their posters saying they do are a lie. What a vile hypocritical place that doesn’t deserve a penny. Boycott until they get their act together.

  Conviniently located and has a great selection. Service can sometimes be slow but reasonable.

  Terrible customer service. Tried to buy a hot sandwich along other two people. We all ended up leaving as 4 staff member were having a chat and ignored us. I managed to place my order after a while but it was never made as one of the staff members ignored the other while giggling with a third.

  Although tiny when compared to most of their outlets...has a wide selection of foods on offer. Staff are friendly and it's well laid out. Easy to miss the basement section...

  I used the hot food counter here. Food was really great for the price. Generous and tasty but the service terrible. M&S offer a burger chips and fizzy drinks for £6.50. The only fizzy drink you were Allowed was coke. I don't drink coke. There seemed to be no alternative and I ended up paying £6.50 to have no drink chips and a burger. The fridges were attacked with fizzy drinks that they were not allowed to offer me
