  Good sized m&s food store. So, good selection of their foods, a small cafe and close to other shops. What's not to like?

  Maybe caught staff on a bad day!! It happens!! Trying to look in the fridges, a male member of staff messing ( it's the only way I can describe it )! With the food, I couldn't get in. When I said excuse me he sidestepped slightly then stopped to stare at me. The lady at the self checkout stood and watched too!! Absolutely awful. I realise there are thieves around but be discreet. This was blatant harassment. Not everyone steals things. Never ever will I go again.

  Every time I go in even mid-morning there are none of the vegan sandwich or wrap options on the shelves. They shouldn't claim to cater for vegans if they aren't going to bother stocking them.
