  I didn't find them "fast or efficient". Or Reliable..... Came out to price a job for me and promised to come the week after to carry out the job. They never turned up OR called back They left me in a bit of a hole and I had to pay someone else to sort out the locks at very short notice and at great expense. It would seem that they are very selective in deciding which job to take.. I've also noticed the amazing "instant" good reviews..

  I called MS Services 3 weeks ago about a faulty lock I had on my front door. A guy in a red van turned up within the hour, very helpful and polite. Fixed the faulty lock without needing to replace with a new lock which saved me money and the hassle of having to get new keys cut. Also no call out charge which I was getting qouted by other companies I called. Many Thanks.
