  Had a great experience here from start to finish. The practice manager Patiana was extremely helpful when booking an appointment, and the physiotherapists I saw knew exactly what they were doing.

  The team is very good. From the receptionist to thé therapsits. I Saw thé osteopath for my back and thé physio for my pelvic floor réhabilitation. Both very professional, caring and understanding of what was my issue. I will use them again. But for nos i amis back to sport without worries

  The actual physio sessions for my wife were fine, but I had a terrible experience dealing with them over the phone. We have received an invoce which listed the sessions and payments from the insurance company. For some reason, few of the payments from the insurance company were missing. I tried to ask the lady over the phone why the records do not match. I suggested we could discuss this in person but the lady whom I talked to refused it and insisted on solving it via phone. The lady was quite rude, she would yell at me, interrupt me in the middle of a sentence and eventually mocking me if I know what the word "excess" means. Eventually, she sent another invoice where all the payments were listed. I feel I was not treated with respect and we decided not to use their services any more. ------ I'd like to follow up on this: Their manager called me, apologized and promised to investigate this. I do appreciate that.
