    Really good dental surgery. I lost my denture on holiday so had to get a replacement. The dentist has done a great job of making sure that the denture will fit. Compared to my last dentist the service here is fantastic. Friendly reception staff as well. They also send you a txt message 2 days before to remind you of the appointment and then phone you the day before so there is no way you can forget. Some may find this annoying but I find it a good service to remind you.

    VERY RUDE RECEPTION STAFF!! UNPROFFESSIONAL, SHE SPEAK ON THE PHONE AS IF THEY ARE DOING A FAVOUR. ALSO EVERY TIME WE MAKE AN APPOINTMENT THEY ALWAYS MAKE A MISTAKE!!!! THESE RECEPTIONISTS NEEDS SOME SERIOUS TRAINING OR GET SACKED!!!

    Very rude receptionist staff, I dont think they know what they are doing. I requested an appointment for the date I requested but instead they booked two appointments without telling me. And when I phone up to cancel those appointments that the receptionists booked at there own mistakes, they said they cancelled it but they actually havent. These receptionist need to sort themselves out, firstly they should not speak to the customer in a rude and aggressive way, secondly they should admit to there own mistakes! Its okay to make mistakes, everyone makes mistakes but they shouldn't blame the customers with there own mistakes. Thirdly, the receptionists should be a bit more professional, every time I speak to the receptionist to request something, they breath harshly making me a customer feel as if they are doing a favour. One of the worst dentist ever, extremely rude receptionist that they clearly dont know what they are doing. Please everyone avoid this dentist. Worst experience in my whole life!!! disgraceful reception staff!!!

    Very rude, aggressive reception staff, the way they speak to the patients is totally unacceptable and un proffersional. They need to get more training and learn how to run a dental practice properly. When I booked my appointments, I requested for a designated time and date but instead of listening to me they booked another date and not giving me any notification. Worst dentist in Southampton, especially the reception ladies make it even more worse. Please try to avoid this place. There are many better dental practice available in Southampton. Don't bother with mydentist!!

    Disgusting service!!!!!!!Today 12th of October I had an appointment from 9:30am for a quite urgent filling as one tooth is cracked and I feel pain whenever eating or chewing.I turned up 5min earlier, paid over £30 and was directed to take seat at the end of the corridor. I’ve been waiting for 20min when I decided to ask what is happening as my work only allowed me to miss 40minutes. I was fuming when I heard the “new” receptionist forgot to register me IN, hence dentist was under the impression I missed my appointment. I informed other receptionist this was quite an urgent matter but she said unfortunately there is nothing she can do but to reschedule my appointment for NEXT Thursday morning. I want to make you all aware that these people’s level of service is so poor and ridiculous that it simply makes me sick. I pay a lot of money for all these treatments and for what? Last week when I saw the dentist I paid £20,60for one xray and nothing else, only to be made a fool of today for missing work and my patience. Moreover, the staff there are really rude as evey single time I go to your practice they’re too busy to even say Hello let alone welcome patients in and asking “How can I help”. I always wait around like an idiot so they finish doing nothing on their PC.I come from a Hospitality background and I find it appalling that in a dentistry receptionists can display such rudeness and disinterest towards patients. Today I came for an urgent matter and because of their staff’s incompetence I need to suffer another week. Disgraceful!!!!
